Best Value Inn by OYO Portland OR South East

It was a peaceful room. I was thrilled to be able to have my cat with me. It was so convenient to be able to smoke in my room. The staff was wonderful. Really all around it was a great stay.

The room is very dirty. Spots blood in the lines very dirty.

I asked for two bedroom they gave me one bed
